In June 2025 I was driving on a critical timeline to a Fire Team assignment in Riudoso, New Mexico and experienced significant electrical issues on my 2024 F250 diesel truck purchased in another state. I was able to talk with Gabriel Garcia by phone who was very helpful with recommending towing companies if needed etc. Luckily I was able to restart the truck and drive the 30 miles to Casa Autoplex, arriving about 30 minutes before closing time. Gabriel and Luciano met me in the parking lot and worked diligently to figure out the electrical issues and got me on the road again quickly. Their counsel over the phone and prompt action and remedy on arrival at Casa Autoplex allowed me to avoid hotel charges, towing charges, and a late arrival at my fire assignment. Gabriel and Luciano were so professional and conscientious and their efforts allowed me to get to the fire assignment in time for first briefing. Their services were very much appreciated.
