I have already left a detailed analysis on google and received a reply. Bottom line is, I was treated well, service was performed admirably by Austin. Any issues I had were readily addressed by Roger. My truck no longer makes a noise when driving. My ESP seems to have almost "paid for itself" which is everyone's wish upon purchase. I still have many miles/years of coverage to go.

My car broke down on the freeway and after calling several places to tow it for repair, Ford agreed to see it the very next day. They were honest and communicated with me. Would give 5 stars except the price to repair/replace the fuel line was really high. Work on those prices and I'd be happier.
